Our maintenance team is second to none, and we have an experienced team of operators who execute preventative maintenance tasks daily. Our products undergo thorough inspections at every phase of the manufacturing process to ensure you receive the best. Our processes are continually evolving and improving, all aimed at providing you with a superior product that stands the test of time.
At Hanover, we pride ourselves on using a one-part homogenous mix design for our products. By applying over a million pounds of pressure to each unit, we ensure superior strength and durability, setting our products apart from others on the market. Unlike double-mix pavers, our homogenous mix prevents issues such as convex and concave warping, spalling, and delamination.
All our products meet or exceed ASTM standards for strength, density, absorption, and tolerance. Depending on the specific product and mix design, compressive strengths range from 8,000 to 10,000 psi, with absorption rates below 4%. Additionally, Hanover offers a gauging service to ensure tight thickness tolerances, significantly improving the installation process.
