Once a year, an employee at Hanover® Architectural Products is chosen to be the recipient of the Rafiki Award. The recipient is announced at the Christmas Party - a yearly event to celebrate the holiday with catered food and drinks for the Hanover Team.
There are a few key characteristics that we recognize within the winner of this award, ranging from the overall influence on company culture to the ability to help others learn and grow, often putting others before themselves. The recipient of a Rafiki award leaves a lasting impression on every person they interact with, and it's clear how deserving they are.
