Porcelain Pavers are one of Hanover’s most sustainable products, with environmental responsibility guiding every stage of production from raw materials to long-lasting performance.

• Locally Sourced Materials: Sands, clays, and feldspars used in production are sourced nearby to reduce transportation. These natural resources are abundant, and when sourced responsibly, their use minimizes environmental depletion.

• Closed-Loop Recycling: All water and scrap materials from production are collected and reused, reducing waste and conserving resources.

• Energy-Efficient Manufacturing: Heat from the kiln is captured and reused during the cooling process. The kiln replicates the natural formation process of stone in just hours and is hydrogen-ready, positioned to run on cleaner fuel as technology evolves.

• Long-Lasting Performance: Porcelain’s exceptional resistance to scratches, stains, and wear extends its lifespan, reducing the need for replacement and lowering long-term environmental impact.

PORCELAIN PAVERS

Porcelain Pavers are one of Hanover’s most sustainable products, with environmental responsibility guiding every stage of production from raw materials to long-lasting performance.

• Closed-Loop Recycling: All water and scrap materials from production are collected and reused, reducing waste and conserving resources.

The Porcelain Pavers shown in this test video have been installed using a Latex Modified Thinset which is required for low speed vehicular applications. The tractor trailer shown had a total weight of ~80,000 Lbs with each axle supporting ~20,000 Lbs, resulting in a max permissible load point weight of ~10,000 Lbs.
