Hanover® Product Advantages:
Installed alone or with Radius or Transition sections, Hanover's RockCurb® Straight sections are the most widely used type of RockCurb®. RockCurb® Straight sections are 36” long and 6” thick with a 12” or 18” height. Both heights are available in both the Battered and Bullnose Profiles. RockCurb® units are consistent in size and many times more durable than poured in place curbing. These high density concrete units are manufactured to 1/8” tolerances simplifying the installation. A 1/8” joint is recommended to allow expansion through freeze-thaw cycles. RockCurb® can be easily reconfigured and reinstalled to accommodate changes or repairs.

We invest in our manufacturing facilities and stay at the forefront of technology to produce high-quality, lasting products. Our products are manufactured with a homogenous mix, meeting or exceeding all ASTM strength, density, absorption, and tolerance requirements. Color and aggregate consistency and texture uniformity are a priority.
Since 1971, we have been dedicated to making high-quality pavers, bricks, asphalt block, and walling. Over the past 50+ years, we've learned that our products are only as good as our processes and people. Our equipment is inspected daily by knowledgeable and highly skilled individuals who can quickly identify and address potential issues. Our maintenance team is second to none, and we have an experienced team of operators who execute preventative maintenance tasks daily. Our products undergo thorough inspections at every phase of the manufacturing process to ensure you receive the best. Our processes are continually evolving and improving, all aimed at providing you with a superior product that stands the test of time.
At Hanover, we pride ourselves on using a one-part homogenous mix design for our products. By applying over a million pounds of pressure to each unit, we ensure superior strength and durability, setting our products apart from others on the market. Unlike double-mix pavers, our homogenous mix prevents issues such as convex and concave warping, spalling, and delamination.
All our products meet or exceed ASTM standards for strength, density, absorption, and tolerance. Depending on the specific product and mix design, compressive strengths range from 8,000 to 10,000 psi, with absorption rates below 4%. Additionally, Hanover offers a gauging service to ensure tight thickness tolerances, significantly improving the installation process.
Absorption: less than 4%
Density: average of 155 lbs/cu ft.
Compressive: 8,500 - 10,000 psi
Flexural: 1,100 psi
Dimensional Tolerance: +/- 1/8"
