Both our Modular Brick and Utility Brick can be made from 100% recycled aggregate, offering a more sustainable alternative. These bricks are crafted from excess crushed pavers, resulting in an earthy, recycled appearance. By repurposing materials that would otherwise be discarded, we eliminate the need for raw material extraction and transportation, promoting a closed-loop cycle in the process.
Available color options include Quarry Red, Charcoal, Limestone Gray, Red 15, Tan, and Natural with a Natural finish. As with all recycled materials, slight color variations are expected and are considered normal. To ensure the product meets your needs, we always recommend requesting samples before placing an order.
CustomizationIs Our Specialty
Hanover Vertical Bricks are offered in a rich palette of red and warm tones similar to naturally occurring clay or cooler gray tones for a more contemporary feel. These bricks can be produced in a wide range of colors to compliment surrounding building facades such as natural stone, granite, and limestone. Colors can be mixed together to create more dimension. Natural, Tudor® and Tumbled finishes are available.
InstallationSuggestions
Face bricks are installed as freestanding walls anchored to the building structure. Units must be installed in a Type S full mortar bed with all joints filled. Coursing heights may vary depending on product size and weight. Follow typical masonry installation practices. Use care when handling bricks since chipping can happen at the job site from handling.
CleaningSuggestions
If good masonry practices are followed, chemical cleaning is rarely necessary. High-pressure cleaning methods should be avoided. Final cleaning will be easier if it occurs one week after completion. Be sure to rinse thoroughly. Follow typical masonry cleaning practices.
